Dr. Clomax is a highly trained and highly skilled clinical and forensic psychologist who specializes in court ordered evaluations. Dr. Clomax obtained her doctorate in clinical forensic psychology from The Chicago School of Professional Psychology. She completed her clinical internship at Mississippi State Hospital and also completed a formal forensic postdoctoral residency through the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences/Arkansas State Hospital. Dr. Clomax provides civil and criminal forensic evaluation services throughout Illinois.
If you are seeking an unbiased high quality court-ordered evaluation, Dr. Clomax provides assessments that honor the complexity of human behavior while meeting the rigorous demands of the legal system. Every evaluation is rooted in evidence-based practices, with careful attention to race, gender, and lived experience. Dr. Clomax conducts evaluations for criminal, juvenile, and family court. This includes, but not limited to: fitness to stand trial, insanity, mitigation, violence risk assessment, miranda waivers, parenting capacity, and child protection.
